Welcome to Jason's 10-day mindfulness meditation introductory session.
This session is all about recommitting yourself to meditation. Although the courses only go for about 10, 15, or 20 minutes, it's important that you commit just one a day but you make it a regular occurrence for the next ten days. And in doing this you're giving yourself a chance to begin again to be the person that you were born to be, to live a peaceful and clam life, and to know that there are certain activities that tend to stress you out often but you're going to be in a much better position to deal and cope with stress, in a relaxed and positive manner.
What will you experience?
In this mindfulness meditation session, we cover posture, breathing - that's abdominal breathing, we cover the stillness of breath, we focus on doing a progressive meditation relaxation and other guided meditation to help relieve stress and anxiety. You'll also have a better understanding of your internal chatter, what's going on inside your mind and also to be aware of the external world. To put it simply, we're getting you to be in a moment as much as possible and this is what the mindfulness technique is all about - being in the present.
