Reaction Time

Improving Reaction Time

There are two things that cause you to succeed. One of them is what you do. The other is how quickly you do it. If your reaction time isn't where it needs to be, you're only seeing half the success you should be. And if an event arises that needs quick and deliberate thinking, you need to be in the right place mentally so you can act.

Don't let anything pass you by. Grab opportunities. Understand what's going on long before the crowd does. Be the first to act and let others work to catch up to you. Those who are quick grab opportunities first. Those who aren't, fight over what's left. Life may not be a race, but it certainly feels like it sometimes. Few things are worse than watching helpless as someone else takes advantage -to great success- of an opportunity you almost made yourself.

Imagine the alternative to sluggish reactions. Always be on time with a witty retort. Always see the short line at the checkout first. Always react first when disaster strikes. Heroes on the news always talk about being in the right place at the right time. And for every hero there are a hundred people kicking themselves for not acting in time. Those people will have to live with their slow reactions in time of need, but you don't have to.

Reaction is always more complex than it sounds. If someone tosses you a ball, you're not just holding up your hands and catching it. You're assessing the situation, making a decision, and following through with action. These three components are all required for you to catch the ball. All too often, however, we're disrupted by other things. New situations are one of those things. Someone who has reacted to something a million times is going to be far quicker than someone who's reacting the first time. But practice isn't the only thing that makes perfect in this situation. Our brains have specific regions dedicated to each component. By improving the connections between them, your decisions and subsequently your reactions become quicker. Let the decision making process happen on your own terms and improve your life. You won't believe yourself when you're the one making good reflex decisions.

Everyone knows athletes need good reaction times to succeed, but every occupation calls for a decision at some point. And those who can make decisions on the fly when necessary will not only do good, but look good doing it.

Facts to Consider:

  • Success is determined by two things: quality, and speed of decisions.
  • When we socialize we are constantly using our reflexes to know when to say something and when not to.
  • For an athlete, bad reaction time is simply not an option. Athletes who act quickly are the ones who win.

How Can We Help?

We utilize two Theta Frequencies, 7/10ths of one Hz apart. Theta is similar to the doorway between conscious and unconscious minds. Normally the processing power of the subconscious is not accessible to  us. By improving the connections here, we essentially allow our minds to process information more quickly so we can make decisions not only with our analytical mind, but the mind of reflexes as well. Memories are easier to both store and access quickly, and information is constantly in a state of subconscious context, meaning your reactions will be immediate and successful.

How Does It Work?

Binaural Beats- Sine wave generators are used to create two separate frequency waves, which are introduced to each ear independently. The brain reacts by creating a third tone, making up the difference of the two. It instantly reacts to these frequencies causing a Shift In Consciousness. Using this technology, your brain can be programmed to weed out interferences and open up the communication channels inside your mind that are blocked by your own consciousness.

Isochronic Tones- If you are looking for the most effective type of brainwave entrainment, Isochronic tones are the way to go. Isochronic Tones also use equal intensity tones, but the pulse speed is greater, causing the brain to synchronize with the rhythm. In 1999, Thomas Budzynski Ph.D. published a case in the Journal of Neurotherapy which showed that a group of 8 college students increased their GPA with the use of audio brainwave stimulation, and their GPA continued to increase even after the brainwave entrainment was finished....

Usage Suggestions

Your mind will want to break down barriers as you enter a Theta state. Just relax and you will soon find your mind expanding in a new way. Don't be shocked when your ability to respond to situations is profoundly improved. As you continue using our product, you will feel as though layers of rope that once bound your mind are being loosened allowing it to move more quickly. The difference has been compared to the trying to run while submerged in water vs. someone who is on a flat even ground with the wind at their back.
